本试验提供42根矩形配筋陶粒混凝土梁在短期荷载作用下变形全过程和裂缝及破坏强度的量测结果。为了示例,文中给出4根梁量测的应变、曲率和挠度全过程曲线。在表中给出全部40根梁在一级使用荷载下的挠度量测值和裂缝的资料。文中提出与规行规范TJ10—74相似的刚度和裂缝计算公式,验算表明符合程度较好。也给出抗裂度和强度的计算对比结果。最后还给出6根梁3个月持续荷载挠度和裂缝宽度的量测数据,并预估其最终值。
This test provides the measurement results of the whole process of deformation, cracks and failure strength of 42 rectangular reinforced concrete ceramsite concrete beams under short-term loading. For the sake of example, the whole process curve of strain, curvature and deflection measured by 4 beams is given. In the table, the deflection metrics and crack data for all 40 beams under a first-order applied load are given. In this paper, the stiffness and crack calculation formulas similar to the regulatory specifications TJ10-74 are proposed. The verification shows that the degree of conformity is good. The calculation results of crack resistance and strength are also given. Finally, the measured data of three-month continuous load deflection and crack width for six beams are also given and their final values are estimated.
