目的:研究蛇毒酶粉针剂辐照灭菌的可行性。方法:采用60钴-γ射线对蛇毒抗栓酶冻干粉针剂进行辐照灭菌,用无菌检查方法检查灭菌效果。经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳鉴别、酶活性分析等项目的检测,分别比较辐照前后蛇毒酶的质量变化。用动物实验方法,比较辐照前后对药物疗效的影响。结果:在77.4 C/kg照射剂量以内,灭菌效果理想,蛇毒酶粉针剂的物理化学性质不改变。动物实验表明,对本品的药效无影响。结论:此方法适用于蛇毒酶粉针剂的灭菌。
Objective: To study the feasibility of radiation sterilization of snake venom powder injection. Methods: 60 Co-γ-rays were used to sterilize the snake venom antithrombin freeze-dried powder injection, and the sterilization effect was checked by aseptic method. The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis identification, enzyme activity analysis and other projects were detected before and after irradiation snake venom enzyme quality changes. The animal experiment method was used to compare the effect of the medicine before and after the irradiation. Results: Within 77.4 C / kg dose, the sterilization effect was satisfactory. The physicochemical properties of the venom powder injection did not change. Animal experiments show that no effect on the efficacy of this product. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the sterilization of snake venom powder injection.
