1病例报告患者,男,48岁,以“间断乏力,腹胀6年余,加重伴腹痛2天”入院。乙肝病史20余年,半年前超声提示:肝硬化,肝右叶占位。考虑肝癌。入院查体:神志清,查体合作,皮肤无黄染,无肝掌、蜘蛛痣,巩膜无黄染,腹部膨隆可见腹壁静脉曲张,腹壁软,有压痛、无反跳痛,移动性浊音阴性,双下肢浮肿。肝功能检查:谷丙转氨酶96.9U/L,直接胆红素14.9μmol/L,谷氨酰转肽酶158.0U/L,总蛋白56.89g/L。患者饮食、睡眠,二便
