高校人才培养正处在中国城镇化进程的大背景中,高校人才不仅可以促进城镇化的建设,而且可以推动农村的劳动力的城市化,二者互相促进、互相影响。通过分析城镇化进程中高校人才培养模式存在的问题,提出城镇化进程中高校人才培养模式创新的策略。
Talents training in colleges and universities is in the background of the process of urbanization in China. Talents in colleges and universities can not only promote the construction of urbanization, but also promote the urbanization of rural labor force, both of which promote each other and influence each other. By analyzing the existing problems of college personnel training mode in the process of urbanization, this paper puts forward the strategy of innovation in personnel training mode in colleges and universities in the process of urbanization.
