患者蒯××,女,37岁,衣民。G_7P_5于一年多前月经后上金属单环节育。术后3个月因妊娠先行绝育术,后作人流取环,但探查宫腔无环感。患者于上环术后即出现尿频、尿急、尿痛以及肉眼血尿等症状,按“泌感”治疗无效。诊为“环异位,急性尿路感染”入我院。入院后妇检未发现异常。盆腔X线平片,见环位于耻骨上偏右2cm;子宫碘油造影见子宫为平位,双侧输卵管阻于狭部,耻骨上2cm偏右处有一2.3×1.9cm椭园形致密影,内含有金属环,形如太阳晕效果;侧位片示环
