我国CBD已经发展成为当前各城市最具经济引领和创新引领作用的区域,并形成一定的经济控制力和区域影响力。北京CBD是我国主要的创新载体平台,集聚了大量的创新元素和创新主体,为京津冀实现协同发展及我国实现可持续发展奠定了坚实的创新基础。立足北京CBD,推动其全面转型升级,提升北京城市创新能力,构建全球协同创新共同体,将成为我国建设世界级科技强国的主要路径。
