目的:研究海洋真菌汤姆青霉Penicillium thomii FS77发酵提取物对细菌和植物病原真菌的抗菌活性,为进一步开发抗菌活性物质奠定基础。方法:采用滤纸片法、生长速率法分别测定海洋真菌汤姆青霉FS77的发酵液和菌丝体提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)和植物病原真菌链格孢(Alternaria alternata)、胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)、柱枝双孢霉(Cylindrocladium scoparium)的抑制作用;采用连续稀释法测定这2种提取物对供试菌株的最低抑制浓度。结果:汤姆青霉FS77提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌具有抑菌活性,其中发酵液和菌丝体提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果最好,抑菌圈直径均为14.35、10.67 mm,最低抑菌浓度分别为1.56 mg/mL;对植物病原真菌链格孢、胶孢炭疽菌也有较好的抑制效果,抑制率均达50%以上,最低抑菌浓度均为3.12mg/mL。结论:海洋真菌汤姆青霉FS77具有潜在的应用价值,其抗菌活性物质值得进一步深入研究。
Objective: To study the antibacterial activity of marine fungus Penicillium thomii FS77 fermentation extract against bacteria and plant pathogenic fungi, and to lay the foundation for the further development of antibacterial active substances.
