分析了康明斯6BT发动机的工作条件及影响气门/阀座摩擦副的主要因素,研制了硅铬XB合金、半可锻铸铁、高铬加铜铸铁三种材质的阀座圈,通过发动机热机强化试验,优选出了使用性能、经济性、生产便利性俱佳的方案,确定了康明斯发动机维修用气门座圈的材质及技术条件。
