中枢神经系统(CNS)发生疾患时,脑组织的一些特殊成分在其破坏过程中,可释放到脑脊液(CSF)及/或血清中,从而通过检测这类特殊成分,有助于 CNS 疾病的诊断。神经组织的特异蛋白——髓磷脂硷性蛋白(myelin basic protein MBP)已被选作此目的。CNS MBP 已广泛用于神经免疫病理的研究,并观察到在多发性硬化(MS)病人的CSF 中 MBP 出现与病程有关;在其他 CNS破坏性病变如脑血管病、颅脑外伤、脑炎等疾病时,CSF 中亦测可出 MBP。因此,CSF MBP 的测定及其临床应用已引起学者的重视。本文概要介绍有关 MBP 的临床研究的进展。
