但丁(1265-1321),意大利诗人,欧洲文艺复兴时期的开拓人物之一,全世界最伟大的作家之一。但丁被认为是中世纪的最后一位作家,同时也是文艺复兴新时期的第一位作家。现在在意大利还流传着但丁的一个故事。但丁年轻的时候,喜欢在他的家乡翡冷翠(佛罗伦萨)的广场上仰天枯坐。尤其是在仲夏之夜,他常常伴着满天的星斗坐到天明。一天晚上,有个陌生人笔直走向但丁。陌生人躬下身说道:“我想解答一个问题,但苦于自己学识浅薄,无法解答,特向先生求助。我想解答的问题是:世上最好吃的东西是什么?”“鸡蛋。”但丁脱口而出。那人点点头走了。几年之后的某一天,但丁仍然坐在那个广场上仰望星空,还是那个陌生人走上前去,继续数年前的对话:“那么,如何烹调呢?”但丁看了来人
Dante (1265-1321), Italian poet, one of the pioneers of the European Renaissance and one of the greatest writers in the world. Dante was considered the last writer of the Middle Ages and the first writer of the new Renaissance period. Now in Italy also circulating a story of Dante.
