对经近等温锻造和梯度热处理的Ti2AlNb/TC11异种合金电子束焊接头组织中各种形态相所占的体积百分数对强度的影响进行了研究。结果表明:电子束焊接的Ti2AlNb/TC11异种合金接头焊缝组织主要是由B2相基体及α2、O相组成的,不同温度等温锻造和梯度热处理后,各相形态及其体积百分数发生了改变,影响焊缝的力学性能。同时,由试验所得性能数据尝试建立了较为可信的性能与各形态相体积百分数之间的数学关系式。
The influence of the volume fraction of various morphology phases on the strength of the Ti2AlNb / TC11 dissimilar alloys welded by isothermal forging and gradient heat treatment was studied. The results show that the microstructure of Ti2AlNb / TC11 alloy joints by electron beam welding is mainly composed of B2 phase matrix and α2, O phases. The morphology and volume fraction of each phase change after isothermal forging and gradient heat treatment at different temperatures. Affect the mechanical properties of the weld. At the same time, the experimental data obtained from the performance of trying to establish a more reliable performance and the percentage of each phase morphology and mathematical relationship between the volume.
