水利部云图卫星广播系统是在充分利用现有资源的基础上,采用先进的DVB数据广播技术实现的 IP数据卫星广播系统。本文主要描述了该系统的结构、原理、关键技术和系统的建设与应用,对系统的效益及发展作了简要的分析。
The Ministry of Water Resources satellite cloud satellite broadcasting system is an IP data satellite broadcasting system which adopts advanced DVB data broadcasting technology and makes full use of existing resources. This article mainly describes the structure, principle, key technologies and system construction and application of the system, and gives a brief analysis of the benefits and development of the system.
