门脉高压分流或断流是用于治疗和预防上消化道出血的一种有效方法。1986年1月～1996年1月我科行分流或断流术后近期发生呕血、便血9例,占同期分流和断流手术的5.8%。现将本组资料及治疗问题讨论如下。

Portal hypertension shunt or flow is used to treat and prevent upper gastrointestinal bleeding is an effective method. From January 1986 to January 1996, 9 cases of hematemesis and bloody diarrhea occurred recently after shunt or disconnection in our department, accounting for 5.8% of shunt and disconnection in the same period. Now this group information and treatment issues are discussed below.
