长田幼儿园是1958年4月18日建立的,现在共有3至6岁儿童58人。教养员4人,都是20至30岁左右的青壮年妇女,有三个是高小文化,一个还不到高小水平。本来,按照这样的水平,要办好幼几园,是有一定的困难;但是,我们听了党的话,在党的领导和教育下,争取了干部和群众的积极支持,我们自己破除了迷信,解放了思想,虚心学习,团结互助,终于把这个幼儿园办起和巩固下来了,并且取得了一些经验。工作艰苦深入,争取幼儿个个入园在大跃进的声浪里,党支部为了解放妇女劳动力,保证实现生产规划,作出了在社内建立幼儿园的决议。决议作出之后,他们一方面广泛地向干部、群众进行宣传,一方面把具体工作交给我们来办。在开始,如何使三至六岁的幼儿全部入园是个大
