肝素类(?)阴离子化合物能与鱼精蛋白特异结合,破坏精子核中鱼精蛋白-DNA复合结构,使精子核膨胀.本研究利用这一特性对小鼠睾丸注射大刘量肝素后,观察精子形态,活动度及总计数等常规指标的变化,以确定肝素对鱼精蛋白,对精子生成及成熟后的含量,研究结果证明,小鼠睾丸注射大剂量肝素后,可以明显减少核内鱼精蛋白的影响,畸形率增加,活动度在高剂量组虽有降低.但不明显,也无剂量-反应关系,总计数无明显变化,结果认为,肝素影响鱼精蛋白的核内含量变化,进而影响其精子形态的变化,而导致生育力的下降.
