[目的]了解近年上海市天平社区恶性肿瘤发病率及发病趋势,对社区恶性肿瘤防治工作提出建议。[方法]对2000～2008年天平社区户籍人口恶性肿瘤发病资料,用Excel建立数据库,运用SPSS软件进行统计分析。[结果]2000～2008年天平社区恶性肿瘤发病呈上升趋势,发病率随年龄增长而上升,肺癌发病率居首位,其次为胃癌、乳腺癌。[结论]恶性肿瘤是危害社区居民健康的主要疾病,应发挥社区卫生服务中心的功能,做好肿瘤防治工作。
[Objective] To understand the prevalence and incidence of malignant tumors in Shanghai Tianping community in recent years and to put forward suggestions on the prevention and treatment of community malignant tumors. [Methods] The incidence data of malignant tumor of census register population from 2000 to 2008 in the community were established by Excel. The database was established by Excel, and the data were analyzed by SPSS software. [Results] The incidence of malignant tumors in Tianping community increased from 2000 to 2008, and the incidence increased with age. The incidence of lung cancer ranked first, followed by that of gastric cancer and breast cancer. [Conclusion] Malignant neoplasms are the major diseases that endanger the health of community residents. They should give play to the function of community health service centers and do a good job in cancer prevention and treatment.
