目的综述人工神经网络技术在药动学和药效学中的研究现状和应用新进展。方法以近年来国内外相关文献为依据,对该技术在药物代谢动力学/毒性性质预测、药动学参数预测、临床药效预测、群体药动学研究、药动学-药效学结合研究、治疗药物监测及中药药动学/药效学方面的应用进行分析归纳和总结。结果与结论人工神经网络是药动学和药效学研究的一种有力工具,具有较好的作用和良好的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research progress and application of artificial neural network in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Methods Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years, the pharmacokinetic / toxicological properties prediction, pharmacokinetic parameters prediction, clinical efficacy prediction, population pharmacokinetics and pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics , Therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetics / pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicine to analyze and summarize.
