随着我国改革开放进程的不断深入,以及国民经济建设步伐的稳步迈进,逐渐带动了我国公路工程施工的发展,其中现场管理对于公路工程施工具有重要的意义,既能够提高经济效益,又能够保证施工质量以及人民的财产安全。本文针对公路工程施工现场管理进行研究,首先分析了现场管理的内涵与流程,其次针对现场管理存在的问题以及解决策略进行归纳总结,对于我国公路工程施工的现场管理提供了一定的参考与借鉴。
