近年来,围绕着教育问题的争议和诉讼不断。我国教育平等权的实施情况到底如何?平等是否允许差别待遇?在实现教育平等权过程中,公权力者应当如何介入?政府应当承担哪些应有的职责?推进教育平等权从何处着手?我国现实中这些重大而难以解决的问题都需要进行冷静地思考。有鉴于此,我们组织了部分专家学者进行研讨,以期厘清教育平等权的实质和关键,明确政府和公权者在保护教育平等权中的责任,以此推动我国教育事业走向文明进步,促进建立和谐的教育秩序。
In recent years, disputes and lawsuits surrounding education have continued. In the end what is the implementation status of equal rights in education in our country? Does equality allow differential treatment? In the process of realizing the equal rights of education, how should the public authority intervene?
