在塔式子带分解中,一幅图像分解为一系列尺度、方向、空间局部化的子带.相同方向的子带之间存在相似性,我们利用这种相似性设计了一种图像编码方案一子图扩充快预测.为了预测子图I中的块,我们把同一方向较低分辨率的子图扩充成为一幅新的图像I,I与I具有相同的象素点数.对于子图I中的块γv今γi为I中位置相同的块,我们用γi预测γl。从而,避免了块的搜索,编码和解码时间大大减少,编码和解码过程非常简单。文章中给出了令人满意的实验结果.
In tower subband decomposition, an image is decomposed into a series of sub-bands of scale, orientation and space localization. Similarity between subbands in the same direction is similar. We use this similarity to design a fast expansion prediction of a picture coding scheme. In order to predict the blocks in subgraph I, we expand the lower resolution subgraph in the same direction into a new image, I, which has the same number of pixels. For the block γv in subgraph I, γi is the same block in I, and we use γi to predict γl. Thus, to avoid the block search, coding and decoding time greatly reduced, encoding and decoding process is very simple. The article gives a satisfactory experimental results.
