《教育规划纲要》明确了政府未来10年在学前教育建设规划、财政投入、标准制定、规范管理等方面将担负起的责任。这对于广大学前教育工作者来说无疑是个好消息。《教育规划纲要》不仅仅可使公办园受益,也使民办园获得了发展的机遇。我认为《教育规划纲要》的颁布对民办园的发展有五大利好:
The “Outline of Education Planning” specifies that the government will assume the responsibility for planning, financial input, standard setting and standardizing the management of preschool education over the next 10 years. This is undoubtedly good news for the majority of preschool educators. The Education Plan not only benefits public parks, but also gives private parks opportunities for development. I think the promulgation of the “Outline of Education Planning” has five major positive developments in the development of private parks:
