采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法制备了掺铌BaTiO3基纳米粉体及其陶瓷.通过X-射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)和场发射扫描电镜(ESEM-FEG)对粉体及其陶瓷进行了表征,并测试了陶瓷的介电性能,研究了掺铌量对粉体及陶瓷的相组成、微观形貌以及对陶瓷介电性能的影响.结果表明:溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法可以得到均匀的掺铌BaTiO3基纳米粉体.铌掺杂BaTiO3基纳米粉体由立方相BaTiO3组成,当掺铌摩尔分数ω≥5.0%时,出现了杂相Ba6Ti17O40.烧结后陶瓷由立方相BaTiO3转变为四方相.掺Nb后陶瓷介温谱ε-T曲线趋于平缓,当掺铌摩尔分数ω=1.0%时,陶瓷介电常数达到5 539,介电损耗为0.008.
Ni-doped BaTiO3-based nano-powders and their ceramics were prepared by sol-gel self-propagating method.
