我厂干部、职工坚持抓革命,促生产的方针,大干社会主义,实现了高炉全部吃熟料,促进了产量提高,截至到1976年10月底,生产生铁9408吨,比1975年同期多产生铁3400吨,成本下降6.9％,焦比降低14.5％,其它各项经济技术指标也都创造了建厂以来的新水平。高炉产量要提高,首先必须抓原料,这是我们从生产实践中得出来的结论。七五年以前,不吃球团,日产生铁20吨左右;七五年开始吃球团,日产达到30吨;七六年球团质量不断提高,高炉日产水平也不断提高,达到40吨,最高57吨。搞好土烧球团,我们主要抓了三个环节。
