一、故障现象该机诊察台床面的上下,左右移动失灵,发出控制信号后,床面不动作。二、分析与检修由该机设计原理可知(电路简图如图所示),诊床二维平面的移动是通过相应的控制电路,分别由两个电机M_3(三相400W)和M_4(25W)带动的。所以,我们首先考虑:此故障是否由电机本身损坏或其供电线路的原因所引起的呢?按此思路,我们开机对电机进行观察,结果发现:当给出“左右移动”信号时,床面随电机M_4微动后停止动作;当给“上下移动”
