“德才兼备、以德为先”是党的十七大之后胡锦涛总书记多次强调、中央反复要求的用人标准。而在互联网高度发达的今天,隔三差五就会有官员失德的言行被曝光,人们对“官德”的现状产生了前所未有的关注和担忧。本文围绕新形势下的官德建设,分析了官德的内涵,阐述了官德建设的重要性,同时就如何加强新形势下的官德建设提出了若干对策建议。
“Both ability and political integrity, virtue first” is the General Secretary Hu Jintao repeatedly stressed after the 17th CPC National Congress, Central repeatedly asked the employment standards. Today, when the Internet is highly developed, there are public opinions and deportations of officials who have been experiencing immoral deeds. People have noticed and worried about the status quo of “official morality.” Based on the construction of the official morality in the new situation, this article analyzes the connotation of the official morality, expounds the importance of the construction of the official morality, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the moral construction under the new situation.
