瘦素 (LEP)参与视网膜微血管病变的进展 ,其机制主要为增加中枢交感神经活性升高血压使毛细血管内压增高、影响内皮细胞一氧化氮及内皮素的释放、促进血小板性血栓形成等 ,瘦素还可能通过长型受体直接介导血管生长效应和短型受体介导视网膜周围组织改变引发增殖性视网膜病变。
Leptin (LEP) is involved in the development of retinal microangiopathy. Its mechanism is mainly to increase central sympathetic nerve activity, increase blood pressure and increase capillary pressure, affect the release of endothelial nitric oxide and endothelin, and promote platelet thrombosis. Leptin may also lead to proliferative retinopathy by directly mediating the effects of vascular growth on long receptors and on the short receptor-mediated changes in the tissues around the retina.
