With the development and changes of the world economy, the importance of knowledge in the process of economic development has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the competition among enterprises ultimately becomes the competition of talents. The competition in the future is the competition of talents. For the sustainable development of enterprises, the high-quality talent resources are indispensable. The success or failure of human resources competition is directly related to the survival of an enterprise. How to seize the opportunities, meet the challenges and gain the sustainable competitive advantage through the effective human resources management are the new challenges facing the human resources management. Based on the development trend of human resources, this article searches for the countermeasures and suggestions of human resource management from a new perspective.
