在民事诉讼法教学中,对诉讼当事人之间的诉讼法律关系的分析和程序演进过程的讲授,一直是教学重点和难点。采用图例分析法能使学生对诉讼中的当事人关系产生直观映象,程序推导法则有助于学生对诉讼程序演进的理解。
In the teaching of civil procedural law, the analysis of procedural law relationship between litigants and the process of procedural evolution has always been a teaching focus and difficulty. The use of graphic analysis method can make students intuitively reflect the relationship between the parties involved in litigation, and the law of program derivation helps students to understand the evolution of litigation process.
