近年来胰腺癌的发病率呈现上升的趋势,并且有年轻化的倾向[1]。胰腺癌是指胰腺内的细胞发生癌变情况,胰腺癌的病变是由外分泌细胞构成的,由内分泌细胞病变的癌称之为神经内分泌癌[2]。本研究以超声检查做对比,重在探讨螺旋CT多期扫描对胰腺癌诊断的价值。1资料与方法1.1临床资料:随机选取2012年7月至12月在本院诊治的胰腺癌患者40例,男性25例,女性15例,年龄50～76
In recent years, the incidence of pancreatic cancer has shown an upward trend and has a tendency to be younger[1]. Pancreatic cancer refers to the occurrence of cancerous cells in the pancreas. The lesions of pancreatic cancer are composed of exocrine cells, and the cancers of endocrine cells are called neuroendocrine carcinomas [2]. The purpose of this study is to compare ultrasound examinations and focus on the value of multi-phase spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Clinical data: 40 patients with pancreatic cancer diagnosed at our hospital from July 2012 to December 2012 were randomly selected, including 25 males and 15 females, aged 50-76.
