针对思想政治课中运用越来越广泛的小组讨论法更多流于形式的问题,根据自身实践经验分析其中存在的原因,并提出一些应对策略。课堂小组讨论之所以流于形式,主要是小组建立方式不当;准备不足,探究缺失;教师缺乏包容性,没有理顺师生关系等原因导致的。因此,首先应该规范小组建设,必要时建立长效机制。其次要给学生充分的准备时间,搜集资料,课前探究。另外,作为教师不能将自己置于讨论之外,应该对学生进行必要的讨论技巧指导,并与学生建立和谐的师生关系,使全体学生能对课堂讨论保持一种积极的心态。
Aiming at the problem of using more and more group discussion method in ideology and politics class, this paper analyzes the reason of existence in accordance with its own practical experience and puts forward some countermeasures. The reason why the class discussion in the classroom is mere formality is mainly due to improper methods of group establishment, inadequate preparation, lack of inquiry, lack of inclusiveness of teachers and failure to rationalize the relationship between teachers and students. Therefore, we should first standardize the team building and establish a long-term mechanism if necessary. Second, to give students adequate preparation time, collect information, to explore before class. In addition, as teachers can not put themselves outside the discussion, students should be guided by the necessary technical skills and to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, so that all students can maintain a positive attitude towards class discussion.
