系统介绍了Vinacomin-河林煤炭公司11煤层在松软倾斜厚煤层条件下采用综采放顶煤工艺开采的安全成熟技术,探索了在该条件下综放设备使用中稳定性控制。研究了矿压规律、煤岩运移规律和冒放特性以及顶煤冒落失稳机理,探索了煤壁浅孔注水和倾斜煤层设备防滑等技术,实现了该煤层条件下安全高效开采。
This paper systematically introduces the safety and maturity technology adopted by fully mechanized top coal caving mining in 11 coal seam of Vinacomin-Helin Coal Company under the condition of soft and inclined thick seam, and explores the stability control of the fully mechanized top caving equipment under the conditions. Studied the law of underground pressure, the law of coal migration, the characteristics of coal release and the characteristics of caving and the instability mechanism of roof caving, explored the technology of shallow hole water injection and anti-skidding of inclined seam equipment, and realized the safe and efficient mining under this coal seam condition.
