许多国内外学者对企业社会责任和企业竞争力的关系进行了不少的研究,但他们很少考虑到社会资本的中介作用。事实上,企业能够通过履行对利益相关者的社会责任,来获得企业所需的社会资本,从而提升了其获取稀缺资源的能力,最终取得竞争优势。
Many domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the competitiveness of enterprises, but they seldom consider the intermediary role of social capital. In fact, enterprises can obtain the social capital needed by enterprises by performing their social responsibility to stakeholders, thereby enhancing their ability to acquire scarce resources and eventually gain a competitive advantage.
