【目的】探讨树突状细胞(dendritic cell DC)与声门型喉癌规范治疗后局部复发的关系。【方法】收集111例有完整病理资料及临床随诊资料的声门型喉鳞癌病例,用免疫组化技术检测 CD83标记成熟的 DC、CD1a 标记非成熟 DC 的表达情况;半定量分析癌组织中两种 DC 的表达水平与声门型喉鳞癌患者规范治疗后局部复发的关系。【结果】111例声门型喉鳞癌组织中 CD83+组(DC 增多组)30.6%(34/111),CD83-组(DC 减少组)69.4%(77/111)。CD1a+组(DC 增多组)47.5%(53/111),CD1a-组(DC 减少组)52.5%(58/111)。CD83+组与 CD83-组的局部复发率分别为23.5%、25.9%。CD1a+组与 CD1a-组的局部复发率分别为15.0%、34.5%。【结论】声门型喉鳞癌中,CD1a 标记树突状细胞阳性率高,浸润明显者,局部复发率较低。CD83标记 DC在本组资料中与局部复发无关。
【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between dendritic cell dendritic cell (DC) and local recurrence of glottic laryngeal cancer after standard therapy. 【Methods】 A total of 111 cases of glottis laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma with complete pathological data and clinical follow-up data were collected. The expression of CD83-labeled mature DCs and CD1a-labeled immature DCs was detected by immunohistochemistry. In patients with glottic squamous cell carcinoma of the gonads and their relationship with local recurrence after standard therapy. 【Results】 The results showed that the percentage of CD83 + (34.1%) in CD31 + group and 69.4% (77/111) in CD83- group (DC reduction group) in 111 cases of glottic carcinoma of the glottic. 47.5% (53/111) in CD1a + group (DC increased group) and 52.5% (58/111) in CD1a group (DC reduced group). The local recurrence rates of CD83 + and CD83- groups were 23.5% and 25.9%, respectively. The local recurrence rates of CD1a + and CD1a- groups were 15.0% and 34.5% respectively. 【Conclusion】 CD1a-labeled dendritic cells have a high positive rate and significant infiltration in glottis squamous cell carcinoma, with a low local recurrence rate. CD83 marker DC in this group of data has nothing to do with the local recurrence.
