在目前企业的发展中,拥有充足的资金是确保企业正常运行的关键条件,如何实施更好的资金管理举措,是目前每一个企业管理者所面临的关键课题。本文从阐述企业资金管理的内涵出发,通过对目前企业资金管理存在的问题实施分析,探讨提出了强化企业资金管理的措施。
At present, the development of enterprises, with sufficient funds to ensure the normal operation of key conditions for enterprises, how to implement better fund management initiatives, is now facing every business manager of the key issues. Based on the explanation of the connotation of enterprise fund management, this paper analyzes the existing problems of corporate fund management and puts forward some measures to strengthen the management of corporate fund management.
