主任、各位副主任、秘书长、各位委员:现在我代表市检察院报告2009年至2013年反贪污贿赂工作情况,请予审议。查办和预防贪污贿赂犯罪是法律赋予检察机关的重要职责。上海检察机关深刻认识到检察机关在党和国家反腐败工作格局中的重要地位和职责使命,认真贯彻中央、市委关于反腐败斗争的决策部署,积极回应人民群众关切,为反腐败斗争和党风廉政建设发挥积极作用。
