应用改进的混合谱域法研究了微屏蔽线的交调特性．给出了计算公式及数值计算结果，并将结果与微带线进行了比较．结果表明微屏蔽线具有极低的交调干扰，非常适用于高集成度的单片微波集成电路
The intermodulation properties of micro-shielding wires are studied by using the improved hybrid spectral method. The calculation formulas and numerical results are given, and the results are compared with the microstrip lines. The results show that the microdissection line has very low crosstalk and is ideal for highly integrated monolithic microwave integrated circuits
