乙胺碘呋酮(Amiodarone)用于有效地治疗心绞痛,在欧洲近20余年,近10年已认识到它具有抗心律失常的特性。国内近年来已广泛用于治疗各类心律失常,本文将其临床的治疗作用及其副反应,临床近况加以综述。药理特性及其治疗作用乙胺碘呋酮具有下列药理学特性(1)电生理作用;乙胺碘呋酮可以延长所有心脏肌肉的动作电位时程,抑制第4相去极化作用。

Pharmacological properties and therapeutic effects Amiodarone has the following pharmacological properties: (1) electrophysiological effects; amiodarone can prolong the action potential duration of all cardiac muscles and inhibit phase 4 depolarization.
