随着中国经济的发展,中小企业逐渐发展成为我国经济结构中不可或缺的重要组成部分。以“人”为本,人才是企业生存和发展的根本,人才的选拔和利用也越来越受到企业的重视。目前,中小企业人力资源管理的现状对人才招聘工作起着阻碍性的作用。本文,针对中小企业招聘的现状问题、对策的实施,以及未来人才招聘的发展趋势做出阐述。如何更好的认识和解决人才招聘问题已成为中小企业生存和发展的当务之急。
With the development of China's economy, the gradual development of SMEs has become an indispensable part of our economic structure. To “people ” -based, talent is the fundamental survival and development of enterprises, talent selection and utilization are also more and more enterprises by the attention. At present, the current situation of human resource management in SMEs plays an obstructing role in recruiting talents. This article, addressing the current situation of SME recruitment, the implementation of countermeasures, as well as the future trend of talent recruitment to make elaboration. How to better understand and solve the problem of talent recruitment has become a top priority for the survival and development of SMEs.
