痛风为危害人类健康的一种代谢性疾病,已越来越受到临床医生的重视,现就我院1988年～1991年收治的15例痛风性关节炎患者进行分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 诊断标准 符合美国风湿病协会Vallace等1977年提出的诊断标准。并排除了其他原因引起的继发性高尿酸血症。 1.2 一般资料 15例患者中男14例,女1例,年龄均在50岁以上,最大98岁,60岁以上8人,占53％,病史是长27年,最短1年,平均6.8年。
Gout is a kind of metabolic disease which endangers human health. It has been paid more and more attention by clinicians. Fifteen cases of gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital from 1988 to 1991 are analyzed. 1 Clinical data 1.1 diagnostic criteria in line with the American Rheumatism Association Vallace et al proposed in 1977 diagnostic criteria. And ruled out other causes of secondary hyperuricemia. 1.2 General Information 15 patients were 14 males and 1 females, aged over 50 years old, up to 98 years old, over 60 years of age 8, accounting for 53%, history is 27 years longer, the shortest 1 year, an average of 6.8 years.
