本文总结了我院1991年1月～1992年11月底100例冠心病(CHD)患者超声心动图(包括脉冲多普勒超声心动图)对左室舒张功能障碍及左房和左室改变进行探讨。 1 资料来源 100例CHD均来源于我院住院病人,随机选择,经心电图,运动试验,超声心动图等检查,结合临床表现符合我国CHD诊断标准。其中,男66,女34例,最小年龄42岁,最大年龄85岁,平均64.2岁。 2 判定标准 采用日本ALOKA,SSD-630型多普勒超声心动图仪,根据E峰减速时间,E峰减速度,等容舒张期时间,A/E比值,并用脉冲多普勒在二尖瓣口取样测定,排除年龄、心率、前后负荷等影响因素,进行综合
