钻井污水是油田开发中的主要环境污染物之一。通过对江汉油田钻井污水的调查分析,认为其成分复杂、变化大,是稳定的胶体体系,具有缓冲能力且分散面广。污水样品混凝处理实验表明,混凝剂的选择(种类、浓度及用量)应在处理费用相同的条件下进行,而不是简单比较处理结果;混凝条件(搅拌方式、pH值及温度)对实验结果有不同程度的影响。对于江汉油田钻井污水,铁盐的处理效果优于铝盐,无机高分子聚合物的优势不明显,聚丙烯酰胺类高分子混凝剂的处理效果不显著。图1表7参2
Drilling wastewater is one of the major environmental pollutants in the development of oilfields. Through the investigation and analysis of the drilling wastewater in Jianghan Oilfield, it is considered that its composition is complex and varies greatly. It is a stable colloidal system with buffering capacity and wide dispersion. The coagulation treatment of sewage samples showed that the choice of coagulant (type, concentration and amount) should be carried out under the same treatment cost instead of simply comparing the treatment results; coagulation conditions (stirring mode, pH and temperature) The experimental results have different degrees of influence. For Jianghan oilfield drilling effluent, the treatment effect of iron salt is better than that of aluminum salt, the advantage of inorganic polymer is not obvious, and the treatment effect of polyacrylamide polymer coagulant is insignificant.
