我国的经济改革已有新的突破,主要体现在以下几方面:混合所有制经济快速发展;以培育和发展中等收入群体为重点,实现收入分配制的新突破;提高农民收入,改革农村现有经济形态;适应对外开放的需要,实现以金融为重点的服务业;加强对行政权力的制约和监督,实现政府职能的改革。
