人武部作为军队与地方的接合部,由于职能任务所定,工作环境复杂,与地方接触较多,容易沾染社会上的不良习气。同时,人武干部数量较少,工作独立性较强,有的居住分散,管理教育的难度大。因此,人武系统党管干部只能巩固加强,不能轻视削弱。笔者认为,目前人武系统党管干部要扶正祛邪,既讲宽松和谐,又不放弃思想斗争。
As a joint department between the military and local authorities, the Ministry of People’s Armed Forces, as a result of its functions and tasks, has a complicated working environment and more contacts with the localities, which can easily contaminate the bad habits of the community. At the same time, the number of cadres in the armed forces is relatively small, the independence of work is strong, and some people live in scattered houses. Therefore, it is very difficult to manage education. Therefore, the people-to-armed system, party management cadres can only consolidate and strengthen, we can not underestimate the weakening. The author believes that the current party and military cadres of the People’s Armed Police Corps should do their utmost to correct their own troubles and eliminate both evil and evil while they talk both loosely and harmoniously without giving up their ideological struggle.
