主要考察了国内DB总承包市场的现状,国内承包商在海外开展DB总承包业务情况以及海外承包商在国内开展DB总承包业务的情况。由于目前我国法律法规限制、业主顾虑以及DB项目本身的复杂性,使得国内DB总承包市场仍然处于初级和低水平发展阶段。但是由于建筑市场的持续繁荣、现代工程项目新的需求以及政府部门的大力推广和业主的共识,DB总承包具备了广阔的市场前景和发展机会。
