针对函数建模不能解决较为复杂的永磁系磁场分布,磁系磁场测量设备受磁组装配精度、实际测量误差、制造成本和制造试验周期等的制约,难以对磁系磁场分布理论计算结果进行准确快速验证的难题,采用程序语言Visual Basic驱动仿真软件ANSYS的磁场模拟事件模块,运用开放式连接(ODBC)数据源驱动数据库,开发了永磁系磁场仿真与优化系统。可通过建立不同设计方案,实现任意组合和不同结构参数磁系的仿真和优化,缩短了新型磁系研发周期,为新型磁系研制提供了准确的数据依据。
