在国内外,由焊接引起的事故屡见不鲜,就连重大恶性事故也常有之。特别是爆炸、火灾、烫伤、中毒、触电等事故频频出现。这些事故轻者造成机损人伤,重者会给国家财产和人民生命造严重损失。有的焊接事故一次就造成死亡数十人,直接经济损失上千万元。分析事故的原因是多种多样的,但究其根本原因不难看出,人员的安全意识淡薄、违章作业是最为严重的问题。因此强化人员的安全意识,真正做到遵章守规,把安全问题放在一切工作的首位,以达到预防焊接事故的目的是十分必要的。 一、强化安全意识的必要性
