微机控制料位计是用于固体物料仓位的测景系统。适用于煤碳、石灰、水泥、化工、粮食等库。该系统由一台单板机控制多个探测发讯装置(仓上传感装置),进行多仓位分时测量。具有仓内料位的测量、贮量换算、显示仓号、高度、吨位、打印、工况和报警指示等功能。测量过程中有过载断绳保护,可识别重锤碰壁、失重等现象。在长线传输、抗干扰方面采取了有效措施。本文主要阐述测量系统的设计思想、控制部分及传感装置的原理和特点。
Computer control level meter is used for measuring the position of solid material warehouse system. For coal, lime, cement, chemicals, food and other libraries.
