国家一系列的增值税条例的颁发与实施,给我国的供水行业的发展带来了巨大的影响,不得抵扣购进自来水的增值税进项税给我国的众多供水公司带来了巨大的负面影响,本文分析了增值税的相关规定和政策以及当今供水行业的发展状况,并且根据目前供水行业所面临的实际困境提出了具体的解决方案,希望能够有效的促进我国供水行业在增值税转型减税的政策下持续、稳定的发展。
