民本机制的含义。在我国农村基层中建立民本机制的现实意义在于:就是要依靠农民群众解决三农问题;就是依靠村民自治,管理好农村基层,建设好农村基层。关键在于要正确地处理好以下关系:民本机制与农民自组织能力建设,民本机制与社区建设新提案协商生成机制,民本机制与农村信息披露与对话机制建设,民本机制与村民自治示范培训,民本机制与邻里纠纷调解机制建设等,以推进农村基层工作的深入开展。
