由中国农机院、上海内燃机研究所、安吉机动车辆总厂和全椒柴油机总厂等31个单位共同组建的京海农用运输车辆联合体,于1992年6月11日在北京宣告成立。国家科委工业司副司长张秉福、机电部科技司司长朱森弟、机电部工程农机司副司长郝贵明和农业部农机化司焦刚处长等出席成立大会并讲了话。
By the China Agricultural Machinery Institute, Shanghai Institute of Internal Combustion Engine, Anji Motor Vehicle Plant and Quanjiao Diesel Engine Plant and other 31 units jointly formed by the Beijing-Haihai farm transport vehicle complex, in June 11, 1992 in Beijing was announced. Zhang Bingfu, deputy director of the Industrial Science and Technology Commission of the State Science and Technology Commission, Zhu Sendi, director of the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Industry, Hao Guiming, deputy director of the Department of Agricultural Machinery of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and director Jiao Gang of the Agricultural Mechanization Division of the Ministry of Agriculture attended the inaugural meeting and made speeches.
